Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or place an order with Konoz Eidina / كنوز ايادينا, an online store operating from Egypt. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to enter into the purchase.

Products and availability
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and small details may vary slightly because of screens and the handmade nature of some items. Material differences, defects and incorrect items are covered by our Returns and Refunds policy. Products and availability may change without notice.

Prices and payment
The product price, available currency, shipping charge and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Payment methods are limited to those displayed at checkout, which may include electronic payment and Cash on Delivery where available. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting or dispatching an order and will contact the customer if this affects an order.

Orders and cancellation
An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin fulfilment. We may contact the customer to verify delivery details or payment. A customer may cancel before dispatch by contacting us promptly. After dispatch, the Returns and Refunds policy applies.

Shipping
Delivery availability, carrier options, charges and estimates depend on the destination and shipment. Please review our Shipping Policy for details. Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier.

Wholesale and international orders
Wholesale pricing for quantities of 10 or more is available only when it is specifically displayed or confirmed by Konoz Eidina. International shipping is currently unavailable at checkout.

Responsible use
You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or use store content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konoz Eidina is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
