Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We want every order to arrive in good condition and match its description.

Returns without a defect
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law and its legal exceptions. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its packaging and proof of purchase. We will arrange an eligible return without additional cost where required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective or different from your order. Please provide the order number and clear photographs. When the claim is confirmed, Konoz Eidina will arrange a replacement or refund without additional cost to the customer. Responsibility between the product supplier and shipping carrier will be handled internally and will not reduce the customer’s statutory rights.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, the request is handled under this returns policy.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be arranged with the customer after verification. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
